General information




Speakers are kindly requested to provide their presentations on a USB flash drive before the beginning of the morning session or during the coffee break held before the start of their session.


All posters should be set up on the poster board on Monday morning (October 10th) between 8:00 and 8:30 according to the allocated poster number in the Book of Abstracts. Presenters are kindly requested to be close to their posters and remain available for discussion during the entire duration of the Poster session (Monday, 16:45 – 17:45).

Authors are kindly asked to remove their posters after the Poster session ends, i.e. between 19:15 and 20:00.

Please note that the posters for the poster presentation should be portrait oriented and their maximum dimensions should not exceed 135 x 90 cm.



During all of the morning and afternoon breaks, coffee, tea, snacks and refreshments will be served in the exhibition areas.

On Sunday and Tuesday, dinner will be organized for the participants (covered by the congress registration fee). For additional meal requests please inquire with the personnel at the hotel reception upon check-in.

Lunch breaks will be held according to the program and last for one hour. Participants who have lunch at the hotel are kindly asked to arrive at the hotel restaurant in a timely manner so that they are able to finish their lunch on time.



Wireless LAN Access is available in the Valamar Diamant Hotel free of charge for all hotel guests.

The congress excursion and congress dinner will take place on Tuesday afternoon (October 11th). The detailed schedule will be announced by Tuesday morning at the latest. The costs of the congress excursion and congress dinner are covered by the registration fee.
